ZAX Advantage
The ZAX allows select service suppliers of outsourcing contact center, ITOs and BPOs services to sell their capability to Fortune 500 corporate buyers of outsourcing services in a neutral online marketplace. The process is simple and efficient for both the Sellers (the Service Suppliers) and the Buyers (the Corporations purchasing services).
The advantage to Buyers is that the huge upfront sourcing advisory fee and supplier search cost is gone.
For Sellers the huge business development, sales and buyer search cost is gone.
The ZAX creates a sourcing sweet spot and speeds up the peering of quality Buyers with quality Sellers. Both participants pay small manageable registration and transaction fees to make the ZAX work for both parties. Zagada makes this achievable through its ZaXURS scoring and rating analytics engine to ensure optimal supplier selection. Buyers are qualified.
As participants, Buyers and Sellers engage ZAX by invitation only, thus creating a high – quality service transaction marketplace.
Zagada manages the marketplace with its partner Moodstudio. It does not take sides on behalf of the buyer or the seller. As a neutral marketplace – fidelity is to both ZAX participants (the DEAL) and the integrity of the ZAX process.
ZAX Service Provider Process
Over 1,000 contact centers, business process outsourcing and IT outsourcing firms in Latin America and the Caribbean promote their services to U.S and European buyers.
ZAX, however, is formed around a simple idea: METACARE – which is a quantitative measurement Zagada developed to score the quality of care delivered by suppliers.
Our innovative ZaXURS 3.0 Parallax rating engine is at the heart of our analytic – driven supplier selection process. Our engine allows us to do a deeper dive into the suppliers for corporate buyers and produce a comprehensive rating on each supplier in our ZAX marketplace or an existing supplier the corporate buyer is using or considering.
Our Zagada Score is solid initial measurements that allowed us measure and select our suppliers for ZAX transactions based on 15 base variables. Corporate buyers can use our engine for a fee to do a deeper dive and generate a comprehensive Zagada Rating on selected supplier RFP finalists based on 24 variables.
In summary, our Zagada Scoring selected our listed ZAX suppliers, while Zagada Rating is an option that corporate buyers may use as a compliment to their second step RFP supplier selection and pre-site visit process.
