How it Works for ZAX Corporate Buyers
1. Registration & Approval for Seat Participation
Corporations approved for participating on the ZAX as service buyers receive rapid and confidential review upon registration. Global 1000 corporations, large advertising agencies and established mid-size firms with easy access to their public corporate information received expedited approval for “seat” participation. Smaller growth firms may require a Q&A with the principals before seat approvals are finalized for ZAX participation.
2. Approval Notification
Subsequent to receiving and reviewing buyer registration and approval, a formal customized invitation, is sent to approved corporate service buyers. Corporate buyers will receive password and user ID for secure access. There are no platform participation costs for approved corporate buyers.
NB: Special consideration is given to Advertising agencies, and large consulting firms acting on behalf of clients. Such firms can secure seat participation, as Authorized Intermediaries (AI).
3. Non-disclosures and Full Transaction
All approved corporate buyers will be required to sign a non-disclosure, non-circumvent agreement, and well as agree to the Zagada Exchange platform usage terms.
