For corporate service buyers our initial transactions focus are on engaging business process outsourcing (BPO), IT Outsourcing (ITO) and contact center firms in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South American region.

Zagada Markets Inc, an established advisory and sourcing analytics firm in the service globalization outsourcing sector. The company is known as the Nearshore authority with over 130 Fortune 500 firms having use the firm.

The company uses its proprietary ZaXURS Parallax 3.0 analytics engine to generate Zagada Scores and Ratings on service suppliers. The region’s best 25 locally owned mid - size BPO firms and the 15 best global service suppliers within the region.

Zagada ensures the integrity of the marketplace and established the rules of fair contract trading and negotiating through its simple and seamless three step standardized process:

  1. Corporate buyer posts a Request for Information (RFI) to all or selected profiled ZAX suppliers.
  2. Corporate buyers invite a smaller select number of ZAX suppliers from the RFI response to participate in the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
  3. Corporate buyer select finalists, accompanied by subsequent telepresence, conference call and site visits, leading to the ultimate selection of the winning supplier.

Zagada Markets brings added value to the ZAX process through its platform partners who offer dealing and post dealing connectivity and service level contract (SLA) services. Furthermore, Zagada offers ZAX participants access to its research and insights at steeply discounted pricing. Access to news and developments on the region is captured on the company’s NearshoreJournal.com blog. All Participants on the Zagada Exchange formalize their engagement in the marketplace through signed agreements.

ZAX Service Provider Process

ZAX suppliers are selected by invitation only.

Over 1,000 contact centers, business process outsourcing and IT outsourcing firms in Latin America and the Caribbean promote their services to U.S and European buyers.

ZAX, however, is formed around a simple idea: METACARE – which is a quantitative measurement Zagada developed to score the quality of care delivered by suppliers.

Our innovative ZaXURS 3.0 Parallax rating engine is at the heart of our analytic – driven supplier selection process. Our engine allows us to do a deeper dive into the suppliers for corporate buyers and produce a comprehensive rating on each supplier in our ZAX marketplace or an existing supplier the corporate buyer is using or considering.

Our Zagada Score is solid initial measurements that allowed us measure and select our suppliers for ZAX transactions based on 15 base variables. Corporate buyers can use our engine for a fee to do a deeper dive and generate a comprehensive Zagada Rating on selected supplier RFP finalists based on 24 variables.

In summary, our Zagada Scoring selected our listed ZAX suppliers, while Zagada Rating is an option that corporate buyers may use as a compliment to their second step RFP supplier selection and pre-site visit process.
